Mike Williams began building outdoor freestanding structures in Kansas City, MO in 2010.

KC COOPS was created in 2021 to change Mike's part time building job to a full time business.

Over time Mike has grown to realize the need for customized outbuildings.  Not everyone wants to go to their store and pick up a building or coop.  Then deal with making it meet their needs by changing and adding to those cookie cutter products available commercially.
